Have to go with the one that saves more lives, so prevent S. American earthquake.
Wow. Part of me does want to go for the earthquake but there's something about the people in your own community, the aftermath of something like that and how it could affect thousands of people as well. I'll have to go with the mall.
Stop the psychopath. I'd want to protect people in my own community first.
